1. Introduction
Welcome to TransparentImageGenerator.com ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website and services.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us, including:
- Account Information: Name, email address, and profile data when you sign in with Google or another provider.
- User Content: Images and prompts you upload or enter to use our generation tools.
- Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, credits consumed, and generation history.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain our AI image generation services
- Process transactions and manage your credit balance
- Send you transactional emails (receipts, notifications)
- Improve our tools through anonymized usage analytics
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Google OAuth & Third-Party Sign-In
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We use this only to create and authenticate your account. We do not receive or store your Google password. Your use of Google Sign-In is also governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
5. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:
- Service Providers: Stripe (payments), Printful (print-on-demand fulfillment), and cloud infrastructure providers — only as needed to operate the service.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights and users.
6. Project Visibility, Sharing & Publishing
- Projects and source files are private: uploads, project history, intermediate files, private versions and tool-to-tool handoffs are not listed in the TIG Gallery, sitemaps or search.
- Finished GIF library outputs: when a GIF tool produces a completed downloadable GIF, TIG may create a separate public derivative for the public GIF library and search pages. The private project/source file remains separate. Your My Designs card shows whether the linked library copy is Public or Private and lets you remove it from TIG public discovery.
- Share link (unlisted): a separate share link lets anyone with that link view a creation without adding it to the public library or sitemap.
- Public library metadata: TIG may display generated title, category, tags, technical details and a short description with the library derivative. Your private project history and account details are not shown. Prompt display, creator attribution and remix permission remain separate controls where offered.
- Removing a library item: making the linked library item private removes it from TIG gallery feeds, public detail pages and future sitemap output. Search engines or third-party caches may take time to remove previously discovered copies.
7. Analytics, Product Learning & Model Training
These are three separate things:
- Public-library visibility controls whether a finished derivative can appear in TIG discovery and search. It is separate from your private project/source files.
- Product analytics & operational learning: we record structured, non-sensitive performance data (tool used, settings, duration, success or failure, quality scores) to improve reliability. This does not publish or share your files.
- Model training: we do not use your private creative content to train AI models unless you explicitly opt in. Publishing does not grant this permission.
8. Deletion, Takedown & Data Retention
- Deleting a creation removes its record, its public page, its share link and its gallery and sitemap listing immediately.
- Derivative versions created in other tools are separate items and must be deleted separately.
- Stored files may remain on our storage provider for a limited period after deletion, but they are no longer linked from TIG. Contact support to request full file removal.
- Aggregated, non-identifying analytics (for example "a GIF was generated in 42 seconds") are kept after deletion.
- Retention periods:
- Projects, versions and project history (creation, prompts, job summaries, failures, exports, quality results, credit totals): kept until you delete the project or your account.
- Private files: kept while the project or saved item that uses them exists; removed from storage within 30 days of deletion on request.
- Job details (full settings and progress): shown under Active Jobs for 48 hours, then summarized into project history. The detailed record is kept up to 12 months.
- Activity/analytics logs: kept up to 24 months, then deleted or aggregated. Progress polling is not stored.
- Support tickets: kept up to 3 years after closing, for billing and dispute records.
- Payment records: kept as long as tax and accounting law requires (typically 7 years).
- Anyone can report published content. Our team can hide it from every public page immediately.
- You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
9. Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember preferences, and measure how the product is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function properly.
Product journey analytics. To understand what works and where people get stuck, we record key actions, not keystrokes:
- Visits and landing pages, tools opened, uploads started, jobs started, finished or failed, quality checks, moves between tools, downloads, sign-up, project creation, purchases, credit use, support requests and return visits.
- Context: a random anonymous browser/session ID (linked to your account after you sign in), your device type, the referring site, campaign (UTM) tags, and a traffic category (for example Google Search, Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity, social or direct). We keep your original landing source through sign-up.
- The text of a prompt when you submit it for generation (up to 500 characters). We never record what you type before submitting.
- We never record passwords, login tokens, cookies, OAuth secrets or payment card details. Payments are handled by Stripe.
- This data is visible only to TIG administrators and is used to improve reliability, support and the product. It is not sold or published.
10. Your Rights

- Data portability
